Eating and exploring our way through the world

Mini Vaca to Greenville, SC

Posted by Amanda @ The Hungry Wanderers on August 9, 2009

Living in Charlotte has put the Husband and I so close to so many cute towns, but we haven’t been the best at getting out and roadtripping like we planned when we moved here.  Luckily, we had a good excuse last week when the Husband had a business trip to Greenville, SC.  He headed down Tuesday and I joined him on Thursday afternoon after he finished his work for the week.  A quick hour and a half drive down I-85 and I arrived to beautiful weather in a cute southern town!

Downtown Greenville is beautiful! Walkable streets with lots of shops and restaurants and a huge beautiful park right off of Main Street.

A waterfall!

Cute bridges back and forth across the park and river.

Cute buildings, fountains, and overall downtown area…

So quaint and lovable 🙂 Glad we had good weather in which we were able to enjoy the afternoon!
